Users must adhere to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations in India and international aviation guidelines where applicable, including obtaining necessary permits for UAV operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to drone designs, hardware configurations, software, and data analytics tools, is the intellectual property of BLACK FLIGHTS. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

6. Warranties and Liabilities

Our Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. BLACK FLIGHTS will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our UAV systems or related Services, including damages caused by misuse or non-compliance with aviation laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of UAVs, or other misconduct.
